Merge PDF files into one document
Expense receipts, signed contract pages, a scanned ID and a cover letter: these often arrive as separate PDFs when what you actually need to send or file is one. Merge PDF takes any number of PDF files and stitches them together in the order you add them, producing a single document with every page from every file intact.
You can add as many PDFs as the job needs, and the whole job runs right there in your browser, so your files never leave your device. If a batch is too large for your browser to handle, you will see a message asking you to try fewer or smaller files rather than a silent upload. Either way the output is one continuous PDF, ready to attach, print, or archive.
Check the order of your files before you merge, since the finished document follows the sequence you set and there is no reordering step afterward. If a page came out rotated or upside down in one of the source files, it stays that way in the merged copy, so fix that first. This tool only combines pages; it does not remove any, so if you need to drop a cover sheet or a blank page from one of the files, handle that beforehand or run Split PDF afterward to pull out just the pages you want to keep from the finished file.
How to use the Merge PDF tool
- Add your PDF files: drag & drop or click to browse; you can add several.
- Click “Process Merge PDF” and download your result.
