Extract Pages

Pull specific pages into a new PDF.

Pull just the pages you need from a big PDF

You have a fifty page contract but only need pages three through seven for a client, or you are building a handout from a few reports and want one lean file. Extract Pages lets you type the exact page numbers you want to keep and get a new, smaller PDF back with only that content, in the original order.

You upload one PDF and enter the pages to keep in a simple text field, for example 1,3,5 or a range like 2-9. Everything happens right in your browser, so nothing leaves your computer while the new file is built. The output keeps the original formatting, images, and layout of the pages you selected; anything not listed is simply left out.

Double check your page numbers before you run the tool, since counting starts at 1 and follows the order shown in a PDF viewer, not any printed page numbers inside the document itself. If your goal is the opposite job, removing a handful of pages while keeping the rest, look for a page removal tool instead. Extract Pages works on any device with a browser, on desktop or mobile, with nothing to install, and there is no sign up needed for occasional use.

How to use the Extract Pages tool

  1. Add your PDF file: drag & drop or click to browse.
  2. Set your options: Pages to keep (e.g. 1,3,5).
  3. Click “Process Extract Pages” and download your result.
