Turn a CSV file into a readable PDF table

A CSV export from a database or a spreadsheet is easy for software to read and hard for a person to look at. Open it in a text editor and it is just commas and line breaks; open it in the wrong program and the columns do not line up. When you need to send a clean list to a client or a printer, a raw CSV rarely does the job.

This tool reads your .csv file and lays the rows and columns out as a formatted table on PDF pages, with borders and spacing so every row lines up under its header. You upload one file and get one PDF back; there are no formatting choices to make, since column widths are set automatically from your data. The work happens on the site's own servers over an encrypted connection, and your file is deleted within 60 minutes.

Very wide spreadsheets can run past the edge of the page since columns are not shrunk to fit, so check the result if your CSV has more than a dozen columns. Numbers and dates appear exactly as written in the source file, so fix decimal style or date format in the CSV first if that matters. If you still need to edit the data afterward, keep working in a spreadsheet and use this tool only for the final, shareable copy.
