ACE PDFMD Pro subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, at $2.99/month or $24.99/year, charged automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled.
All payments are final and non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law. This includes partial months/years โ we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time if you cancel partway through a billing period. Your Pro access simply continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then is not renewed.
We do not prorate charges for upgrades, downgrades, or mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel, you keep Pro access through the end of the current paid period at no additional charge, and will not be billed again afterward.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, a link to which is included in every purchase receipt/confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or a charge after you had already cancelled), contact us at contact@acepdfmd.com and we will investigate in good faith.
